Banagas and Tawseah held their Fourth Board of Directors Meetings. The meetings were chaired by Mr. Mark Thomas, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Banagas and Tawseah and Group Chief Executive Officer of the Oil and Gas Holding Company B.S.C (nogaholding) in the presence of Board Members from both companies.

 At the beginning of the meeting, Mr. Mark Thomas raised his warmest congratulations to His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Crown Prince and Prime Minister, and His Highness Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Representative of His Majesty the King for Humanitarian Work and Youth Affairs, Chairman of nogaholding, on the occasion of the twenty-third anniversary of His Majesty the King accession to the throne and the fifty-first anniversary of the Kingdom’s National Day.

 During the meeting, the Board of Directors discussed the 2023 budget, 2022 financial forecast and key initiatives aimed at improving the work environment and operational performance.
